AccMed is structured into Specialist Sections, which promote training and educational activities in the fields specified by their titles, in line with the association’s statutory objectives.
Nationally and internationally recognized scientific experts are members of these sections, serving as ordinary members, associate members, or experts. The sections correspond either to medical specialties recognized by the European Union and the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research (MIUR), or to multidisciplinary and methodological fields.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee oversees the association’s direction, planning, and administration. It consists of seven members chosen among the founding and ordinary members. The current Executive Committee is composed of:

Assembly of Members
The Assembly is composed of founding members, institutional members, and ordinary members.
It appoints the Executive Committee, approves the annual financial statement, votes on amendments to the bylaws, the dissolution of the association, and any other issues submitted by the Executive Committee.
It also appoints the Board of Auditors, the Board of Guarantors, and one or more liquidators.
Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee acts as the Academy’s advisory body. It is composed of:
