Accademia Nazionale di Medicina (AccMed) has undertaken a process of continuous technological innovation with the aim of offering healthcare professionals increasingly engaging, practical, and effective access to training and educational activities.
At the heart of this experience is the AccMed Online account, which allows users to log in once to access all digital services: the institutional website (www.accmed.org), the e-learning platform (fad.accmed.org ) , and thematic update portals. This unified approach ensures ease of use, security, and continuity in training and education.
The institutional website is regularly updated to present AccMed’s entire offering in a clear and intuitive way: residential events, webinars, online courses (FAD), and editorial content.
The e-learning platform is also constantly evolving, both in terms of design and functionality. Through fad.accmed.org , users can explore the training catalog, register for courses, access learning materials (webinars and FAD courses), take assessments (where applicable), and download ECM and participation certificates.
CME Training
AccMed’s training offer is defined through the analysis of Age.na.s guidelines, data from previous activities, surveys addressed to healthcare professionals, and consultation with experts and scientific collaborators.
Training programs are designed by appointed scientific directors, whom AccMed supports in selecting the most suitable formats, teaching methods, and technological tools.
AccMed’s activities are structured into two main types:
- Synchronous courses: in-person, digital, or hybrid.
- Asynchronous courses: distance learning programs.
More and more often, AccMed develops integrated projects that combine residential courses and/or webinars with appropriate digital tools - such as thematic portals, newsletters, or file repositories - to provide targeted and highly accessible content for specific groups of professionals.
Digital Publishing
AccMed develops and manages a wide range of digital platforms dedicated to thematic updates, offering high-level scientific content that is constantly updated and accessible from any device.
Its editorial production spans multiple digital formats - videos, podcasts, articles, and slide kits - selected according to communication goals and content type, in close collaboration with each project’s scientific directors.
Thanks to the synergy of scientific, editorial, and technological expertise, AccMed and its partners design, produce, and manage innovative and high-quality publishing tools, aimed at ensuring an effective, dynamic, and increasingly digital user experience.
